A little about us.

Ballykenver Farmshop & Kitchen is a real farm shop and kitchen based on a 200-year-old dairy farm in Armoy, County Antrim, just a few miles from the Dark Hedges. Our farm is home to 180 grass-fed dairy cows and brings together a working farm, farm shop, kitchen and workshop space in one welcoming countryside setting. In our farm shop, we sell small-batch jams, chutneys, curds, sauces and award-winning puddings handmade in our kitchen, alongside a carefully chosen range of locally grown and locally made food and drink. Visitors can browse local cheeses, fresh breads, farm-fresh produce, honey, snacks, beverages and other artisan foods, with a focus on quality, fair pricing, low food miles and supporting local producers. We also run foodie workshops on the farm, where visitors can make jam, chutney or lemon curd in our farm kitchen, enjoy a cuppa and browse the farm shop before heading home.

What you’ll find

We sell farm-made jams, chutneys, curds, sauces, Christmas puddings, sticky toffee puddings and other handmade treats from our farm kitchen, along with locally grown and locally made food and drink from trusted artisan producers. Our farm shop also offers cheeses, fresh breads, farm-fresh produce, honey, snacks, beverages and seasonal goods, with workshops available for visitors who want to make something delicious on the farm.

How to buy

Visit our farm shop in person to browse and buy directly. Pop in during opening hours to see what’s fresh, seasonal and available on the day. You can also shop selected farm-made products online through our website or book one of our farm kitchen workshops.
