Bardsea Alpacas and Llamas
Bardsea, Ulverston LA12, UK

A little about us.
Bardsea Alpacas and Llamas offers pre-booked alpaca and llama experiences in the village of Bardsea, near Ulverston in Cumbria, just a few miles from the South Lake District. We are home to one of the largest herds of both alpacas and llamas in the area, with our animals split into separate male and female herds, each with their own personalities. Our experiences are suitable for adults and children, giving visitors the chance to meet our animals, take part in an alpaca walk through our beautiful grounds, feed treats, take photos and enjoy a meet-and-greet with the rest of our alpacas and llamas. The full alpaca walk experience usually lasts around 90 minutes, with around 30 to 40 minutes allocated to the walk itself. We are not an open farm, so all visits must be booked in advance through our online booking system. We also offer gift vouchers, an online shop, alpacas and llamas for sale, volunteering opportunities and selected animal visit services.
